Information from Third Parties
- Social Platforms: When you connect social accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), we receive OAuth tokens and basic profile information from those platforms. We only request permissions necessary to schedule and publish your content.
- OAuth Sign-In: If you sign in with Google or another OAuth provider, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Kairo platform
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Schedule and publish content to connected social accounts
- Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, receipts)
- Send product updates and marketing communications (you can opt out at any time)

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Kairo, our users, or the public.

Scheduled and published post data may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for analytics purposes, in anonymized form.
